Power crew has occupied east bound left turn lane and first lane next to left turn lane on Sunset Blvd. west of the Alvarado cross walk. Water repair crew pushed traffic over to east side of Alvarado to widen excavation for repairs. Currently, there is one traffic lane open each way north and south bound on Alvarado. Repair crew has located the rupture on the water main and is currently excavating around substructures with vacuum truck for repairs. Estimated time for repairs to water main is 5:00pm and estimated time for backfill and open up traffic lanes is 8:00pm
