8″ CI WATER MAIN BLOWOUT; WATER GOING INTO THE 101 FWY SOUTH AND NORTHBOUND; AM SHIFT CREW SHUT THE MAIN OFF; VALVES ARE STILL LEAKING THRU; A GATEMAN WAS CALLED OUT TO WORK THE VALVES TO GET A BETTER SHUT OFF. CREW ON SITE.
