DISTRICT OPERATIONS HAVE SHUT THE 36" MAIN DOWN, WATER OPERATIONS ARE WORKING ON DIVERTING WATER TO KEEP THE SYSTEM FLOWING AT FULL CAPACITY, LEAK CREW IS ON SITE SETTING UP TRAFFIC AND MAKING THE AREA SAFE BECAUSE IT IS A VERY BUSY INTERSECTION. A MAINLINE CREW HAS BEEN CALLED IN TO MAKE REPAIRS.
